Job Title: Nurse Educator – Registered Nurse (RN)

Duration: 13 Weeks contract

Location: New York, NY

Shift:-  Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

REQUIREMENT: RN license, BLS

Job Duties:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs for nursing staff
• Provide hands-on training and support to new hires and existing team members
• Serve as a resource for clinical practice standards and procedures
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify learning needs and performance improvement opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and guidelines

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verified)
• AHA BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
• Strong clinical foundation and communication skills
• Prior education or preceptor experience preferred but not required
