Registered Nurse – Long Term Care - RN25-25054

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Long Term Care
Duration: 13 weeks contract (Extendable)
Work Location: Montour Falls, NY
Shift Timing: 5x8 Days (5 shifts per week, 8 hours each) — 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay:

• Travel rate: $2,500 weekly (includes stipend)
• Local rate: $2,100 weekly

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Ability to work independently and provide compassionate care to residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing assistants, and other healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and reports
