Payrate: $2437.5/weekly - $2550/weekly
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Part-time considered)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join a dedicated rehabilitation team in Wayne, NJ. This role involves delivering personalized physical therapy treatments to help residents improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their highest level of independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer physical therapy treatments per individualized care plans
• Evaluate residents and select appropriate treatment techniques
• Track and document patient progress and therapy outcomes
• Apply knowledge of therapy protocols, safety, and contraindications
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams for coordinated care
• Support residents with encouragement and clinical expertise

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
• Solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
