Hybrid Digital Designer – Marketing Team

Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid)
Contract: 3 Months

We are looking for a Digital Designer & Email Developer to create seamless and engaging email experiences that support our digital marketing strategy. The right candidate will possess both creative flair and technical skill, with a strong background in high-performance email marketing.

Core Duties:

Design and develop on-brand, responsive emails using SFMC, HTML/CSS, and Movable Ink
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals
Integrate personalization and automation strategies to boost user experience
Perform QA and maintain design consistency across platforms and campaigns

You Bring:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in a digital role for retail, beauty, or e-commerce
A strong design portfolio with examples of email campaigns and digital content
Mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Suite, Figma
Bonus: Motion design/video editing or JavaScript/API knowledge
