We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Email Developer & Digital Designer with a strong background in e-commerce, retail, or beauty marketing to support our brand marketing initiatives. This hybrid position bridges design and front-end development to create visually compelling and performance-driven digital experiences—particularly across email and related digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from a retail, e-commerce, or beauty brand environment, with the ability to design, code, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, support product launches, and align with highly personalized customer journeys.
Design and develop responsive, on-brand emails using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Movable Ink, and HTML/CSS
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Loyalty, and Digital teams to translate strategy into high-impact visual communication
Ensure all email designs adhere to brand standards and campaign goals across e-commerce, beauty, or retail-focused messaging
Perform QA and troubleshoot within platforms such as Figma, Movable Ink, and SFMC
Align creative output with content strategy, seasonal campaign calendars, and A/B testing frameworks
Apply dynamic content and personalization strategies to enhance user experience and boost campaign performance
Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices, particularly within the retail, beauty, and e-commerce sectors
Contribute to the continuous refinement of email production workflows and design systems
3–5 years of professional experience in email development and digital design for a retail, beauty, or e-commerce brand
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, or a related field
A portfolio that showcases creative, technically polished work—especially email and digital designs for consumer-facing brands
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESPs), Movable Ink, and responsive HTML/CSS
Familiarity with AMPscript, personalization tools, and customer segmentation tactics
Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Dreamweaver
Working knowledge of email triggers, customer journeys, and data integrations in marketing automation environments
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
A genuine passion for beauty, fashion, and creating elevated digital brand experiences
Experience working within a Marketing department for a retail, beauty, or e-commerce company
Cross-functional collaboration with Creative, CRM, or Digital Product teams
Bonus: Motion design or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Bonus: Working knowledge of JavaScript and API integrations for interactive campaigns
