Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift
Location: Geneva, NE
Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
Shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts), Variable Nights
Contract Length: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents based on individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers
Monitor and document residents’ conditions and notify RNs or physicians of significant changes
Respond to overnight emergencies and ensure the safety and comfort of residents
Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Nebraska
Previous experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility preferred
Availability for 12-hour night shifts on a variable schedule
