Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med-Surg Float Pool (Nights)
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Location: Rolla, MO
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts per Week
Pay:
Local: $1,908 weekly gross
Travel: $2,160 weekly gross (includes stipend)
Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients across various Med-Surg units.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
Administer medications, treatments, and respond to patient condition changes swiftly.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Float between Med-Surg units as needed to support staffing demands.
Adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
Active RN license in the State of Missouri (MO).
At least 2 years of recent Med-Surg nursing experience.
Prior experience in a float pool or as a travel nurse is preferred.
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Strong adaptability and ability to work independently across units.
Must be available for night shifts (3x12s) with an ASAP start date.
