Non-trauma facility — focus on delivering quality emergency care without trauma volume
As an Emergency Department RN, you will:
Provide comprehensive care from triage through discharge
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a wide variety of patients
Deliver physical, emotional, psychological, and educational support
Work as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
Coordinate patient flow and staff assignments
Communicate effectively with EMS, triage staff, provider teams, and leadership
Manage time, resolve conflicts, and keep operations running smoothly
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
Licensure/Certifications: Active RN license required; BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred
