Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED)

Work Details:

• Location : Neptune, NJ 07754
• Schedule:

• 36 hours/week
• 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• 3 shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage as needed
• No on-call duties

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Emergency Department RNs who are ready to provide care when it matters most. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to respond to a wide range of trauma scenarios, and a calm, focused approach under pressure. Candidates must be confident in assessing patients of all ages with varying medical and mental health needs, and prioritizing treatment accordingly.

• Deliver specialized emergency care across a variety of cases and age groups
• Remain adaptable to rapidly changing situations in a high-stakes environment
• Assess patient conditions and develop responsive care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 18 months of recent experience in an Emergency Department
• Active ED nursing experience within the past 6 months
• Strong clinical knowledge and proven nursing judgment
• Ability to deliver a broad range of professional nursing services
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active NJ Registered Nurse license or valid multi-state compact license
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• Telemetry
• PALS
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)
• CEU: 4-Hour Stroke Course
