Job Title: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Acute Psychiatric & Medical Support

Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Weekdays
Duration: 8-week engagement

Rate: $2200 weekly

Position Overview:
Seeking a compassionate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide critical psychosocial support to patients in a hospital setting. Ideal for LCSWs experienced in both behavioral health and acute care environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychosocial assessments, brief counseling, and care planning
Facilitate access to community mental health and social support services
Coordinate safe transitions of care
Work collaboratively with clinical teams and patient families
Document care in compliance with hospital standards

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hospital social work experience
GA LCSW license required
AHA BLS certification
Knowledge of community mental health resources
