Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic application development and support team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, with a key emphasis on migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning and supporting complex system integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
Lead development efforts using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce tools
Utilize OmniStudio components such as OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
Customize components using JavaScript and JSON
Participate in all SDLC phases including requirements gathering, system analysis, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
Perform Salesforce administrative tasks as required
Develop custom solutions using Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Lightning Flows
Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Implement asynchronous processes using Platform Events, Queueable Apex, and other native tools
Lead code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote best practices
Maintain and update technical documentation, including process flows and architecture diagrams
Contribute to continuous improvement of team practices, tools, and delivery efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong background in OmniStudio and LWC
Proven success in large-scale projects and cross-functional team collaboration
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Salesforce configuration tools
Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
Familiarity with OmniStudio deployment tools like IDX Workbench, Vlocity Build Tool (VBT), and Salesforce CLI
Hands-on experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

OmniStudio Developer Certification
Experience with CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Proficiency with Salesforce IDEs and version control tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, VS Code, SFDX
Understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Background in K–12 education systems or curriculum-related projects is a plus
Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, is a bonus
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving project requirements
