Job Title: CT Scan Technologist

Location: Neptune, NJ
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM | 4x10-hour shifts | Every other weekend required | One holiday required | No on-call
Duration: 13-week contract
Compensation: $65/hour or $2600/week (negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CT Scan Technologist to join our imaging team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform advanced CT procedures, support interventional and therapeutic protocols, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex CT imaging procedures with precision and patient sensitivity
• Review patient histories and complete contrast documentation in EPIC
• Administer contrast media and monitor for potential adverse reactions
• Collaborate with physicians to verify or update imaging protocols
• Upload outside studies and coordinate comparison exams
• Maintain image quality and ensure correct labeling within PACS
• Provide patient instructions tailored to individual needs

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Valid NJ DEP Radiography License and ARRT (R) certification
• American Heart Association BLS (must be obtained within 3 months of hire)
• Commitment to obtain ARRT (CT) certification within 12 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ months of CT scanning experience
• ARRT (CT) certification
• Familiarity with Epic and hospital HIS/RIS platforms
