Job Title: Registered Nurse- PCU
Location: Rochester, NY 14621 ( Travel contract Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted)
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Duration: 13 Weeks (with high potential for extension)

Pay: $ 2,347.92 per week

Key Responsibilities:

Provided high-acuity care to PCU/step-down patients, monitoring cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical conditions.
Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Proficient in titrating vasoactive drips, managing ventilators, and responding to rapid responses.

Required Skills:

Clinical Expertise: ECG interpretation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced IV skills.
Communication: Effectively educate patients/families and advocate for their needs.
Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Required Certifications and Licensure:

Active RN License: NY

BLS & ACLS: Current certifications from the AHA.

Preferred: CCRN or PCCN certification (if you have it).
