Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM (Evening Shift)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a 7-week contract assignment in Seaford, DE. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care during the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation
Monitor and assess patient health, reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician
Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities as needed
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility protocols
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Delaware
Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred
Ability to work evening shifts and commit to the full 7-week contract
Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
CPR/BLS certification (current)
