The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top IT candidates to meet the evolving needs of our clients. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Client Services to ensure a seamless hiring experience and help build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified technical professionals using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

  • Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to match candidates to open roles

  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines across various IT skill sets (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.)

  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, interviewing, coordinating submissions, and offer negotiation

  • Track candidate activity and pipeline progress using ATS and CRM systems

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT staffing industry

  • Familiarity with a wide range of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data)

  • Strong sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, etc.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.) is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field preferred
