Position Overview:
The Client Services Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our IT clients, ensuring their needs are met with responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams, recruiters, and client stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and support business growth.
Serve as the primary liaison between IT clients and internal teams
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account reviews
Understand client business objectives, technical environments, and talent needs
Coordinate with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions
Address and resolve any client concerns or service issues proactively
Track and report on client satisfaction, placement success, and account health
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and upsell additional services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and SLAs
3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or relationship management (preferably in IT staffing or consulting)
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project lifecycles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, MS Office)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
