Position Overview:
The Client Services Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our IT clients, ensuring their needs are met with responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams, recruiters, and client stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT clients and internal teams

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and account reviews

  • Understand client business objectives, technical environments, and talent needs

  • Coordinate with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions

  • Address and resolve any client concerns or service issues proactively

  • Track and report on client satisfaction, placement success, and account health

  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and upsell additional services

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and SLAs


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or relationship management (preferably in IT staffing or consulting)

  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project lifecycles

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, MS Office)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
