Client Services Manager – Healthcare

Job Summary:

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing relationships with healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations. This role combines elements of account management, operations, and customer support, tailored for a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Oversee the delivery of healthcare services or solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Address client concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly.
  • Escalate problems as needed and ensure proper resolution and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and client-specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for service activities and client interactions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training or onboarding support to clients regarding services or systems.
  • Educate internal teams on client expectations and healthcare protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in client services or account management, ideally in a healthcare or health-tech environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and medical terminology.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with insurance providers, hospitals, or clinics.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and patient experience programs.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
