Location: Various locations across NJ
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 x 12 hr shifts/week
Duration: 13 Weeks (option to extend)
Job Summary: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RRT for an exciting Travel and/or Local job.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory care protocols and disease management.
Provide hands-on therapy services and monitor patient progress.
Assist with intubation and manage ventilator therapy.
Develop patient-specific education materials and treatment plans.
Participate in orientation and mentoring of new staff.
Ensure clinical compliance and accurate reporting.
Meet physical role requirements.
Required Skills:
Passion for education and mentorship.
Knowledgeable in evidence-based respiratory practices.
Versatile in handling diverse patient groups and settings.
Certifications & Licenses:
BLS certification (AHA).
NJ Respiratory Care license.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
