We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Service Manager (CSM) to oversee and nurture relationships within the healthcare domain of our staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and delivering top-tier workforce solutions tailored to healthcare organizations.
This role requires deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, staffing lifecycle, and compliance protocols, paired with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all stages of the staffing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, clinical managers, HR teams, and procurement staff.
Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of open healthcare positions (e.g., RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health professionals).
Monitor and manage contract performance, including fill rates, retention, compliance, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate onboarding and credentialing processes, ensuring all placements meet client and regulatory requirements (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA).
Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and satisfaction surveys to proactively address issues and optimize service.
Work with the operations and compliance teams to resolve escalated issues, including attendance, quality of care, or contract violations.
Analyze metrics and prepare client-specific reports on performance, staffing trends, and forecasts.
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services.
Stay updated on industry trends, workforce regulations, and best practices in healthcare staffing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in client management or account coordination within the healthcare staffing industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles, terminology, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term client partnerships.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), VMS platforms, and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Prior experience managing large hospital or multi-site healthcare system accounts.
Knowledge of workforce compliance tools (e.g., Prophecy, Checkr, Credentialing portals).
Experience working with MSPs or vendor-neutral staffing models.
