Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Associate
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week; may change to 5 days in future)

Job Description: We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Interaction and Payroll team. This is a hybrid role requiring both customer service and payroll-related responsibilities. You will provide Tier 2 support to internal time administrators and employees, assisting with inquiries primarily related to timekeeping and payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve Tier 2 inquiries related to timekeeping (eTime) from time administrators.

  • Manage and triage Tier 2 case tickets effectively.

  • Investigate and resolve associate queries in a timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations.

  • Provide training and assist with continuous process improvements.

  • Maintain and update process documentation and templates.

  • Perform written and verbal translation tasks between English and Spanish.

  • Support payroll audits, post-payroll administration, and run payroll reports (English).

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications – Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of payroll experience.

  • Prior experience in HR Shared Services (HRSS).

  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (verbal, written, and interpersonal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP/ADP Payroll systems, and eTime.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
