Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Associate
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week; may change to 5 days in future)
Job Description: We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Interaction and Payroll team. This is a hybrid role requiring both customer service and payroll-related responsibilities. You will provide Tier 2 support to internal time administrators and employees, assisting with inquiries primarily related to timekeeping and payroll systems.
Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve Tier 2 inquiries related to timekeeping (eTime) from time administrators.
Manage and triage Tier 2 case tickets effectively.
Investigate and resolve associate queries in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations.
Provide training and assist with continuous process improvements.
Maintain and update process documentation and templates.
Perform written and verbal translation tasks between English and Spanish.
Support payroll audits, post-payroll administration, and run payroll reports (English).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications – Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
At least 1 year of payroll experience.
Prior experience in HR Shared Services (HRSS).
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP/ADP Payroll systems, and eTime.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
