Job Title: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: NIGHTS – 12-hour shifts (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
Floating: As needed to Gastonia/Belmont locations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at its CRMC Imaging Services department. This position requires the performance of CT and related imaging procedures with a strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and patient care standards.
Perform CT scans and other related diagnostic procedures
Utilize Siemens Force scanner and GE HD 750 scanner to produce quality images
Exercise sound professional judgment to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety
Assist in the duties of diagnostic radiologic technologist as required
Administer IV contrast when indicated
Provide exceptional customer service using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) techniques
Document patient information and procedures according to policy
Float between Gastonia and Belmont sites as needed
ARRT Certification – Must be actively registered with CT credential
R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) – Required
Prior experience in CT required
Strong competency in special imaging techniques, IV administration, and cross-sectional anatomy preferred
BLS certification (AHA) – Required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
Nights: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
On-call: Required twice per month
Must be able to float to both Gastonia and Belmont locations
