Job Title: LVN / LPN

Duration: 13 weeks+ contract (Extendable)

Location:- Far Rockaway, NY 11691

Shift:  Day/ Night ( 8* 5)

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for assigned patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosages and compliance with hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report concerns promptly to the supervising RN or physician.
• Work closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

 Skills and Experience:

• Must have LTC experience.
• Must be able to take own pt assignment, with the support of an RN
• Hospital exp within the last 2 years

 Preferred:

Previous travel contract experience is a plus.

Certification & License:

• LPN License (NY)
• BLS ( AHA )
