Job Title: Regulatory Coordinator – Beauty & Personal Care

Rate: Starting at $43.00/hr
Job Description: Seeking a Regulatory Coordinator to support global product compliance efforts within the beauty and personal care industry. This role will focus on ensuring products meet domestic and international regulatory requirements, with an emphasis on registrations in the Middle East and adherence to internal policies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Regulatory, Quality, and Product Control.
Ensure product compliance with domestic and international regulations.
Support registration processes in the Middle East in line with internal standards and global requirements.
Duties Include:
Review and manage regulatory information related to product formulas.
Evaluate ingredients for compliance with global, domestic, and local regulatory frameworks.
Collect documentation to substantiate regulatory compliance.
Submit required data to international partners and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, toxicology, or environmental science.
3–5 years of regulatory experience in cosmetics, personal care, or a related field.
Familiarity with the PCPC ingredient database, INCI nomenclature, and product registration procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Ithos is a plus.
Working knowledge of EU, US, and other global cosmetic, chemical, and environmental regulations.
