Role Summary:

A leading healthcare organization is seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) to support clinical care delivery in a fast-paced family practice setting. Under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, CMAs will assist with patient preparation, clinical procedures, and administrative duties to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary supplies and equipment

• Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, examinations, and procedures

• Record patient vitals and medical data accurately

• Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, PFT, audiometry, UDS, BAT, phlebotomy (after competency assessment)

• Collect and process lab specimens following clinical protocols

• Maintain and update patient medical records

• Support billing and documentation using medical office software

• Ensure patient confidentiality and deliver care sensitive to patient needs

• Float within the same multi-specialty department as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED

• Certifications:

  • BLS – American Heart Association

  • One of the following CMA/RMA credentials:

    • CMA (AAMA, NHA, NCCT)

    • RMA (AMT, NAHP)

    • NCMA or AMCA

Desired Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic clinical environment

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and clinical data entry

• Compassionate and adaptable in working with diverse patient populations
