Job Title: Registered Nurse – Ambulatory

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an Ambulatory Care setting. Experience in Hematology/Oncology is preferred. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in acute care and be proficient in using EPIC EMR.
Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in an outpatient/ambulatory care environment.
Conduct nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EPIC preferred).
Provide patient and family education and support.
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
Active and current New York State RN license.
BLS certification .
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience.
Experience using EPIC EMR (preferred).
