Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Shift: Days – 4 shifts per week
Hours: 32 hours per week (8-hour shifts)
Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required
Pay Rate: $50 - $53.00/hour
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated Long Term Care (LTC) team in Montour Falls, NY. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality, resident-focused care in a supportive, team-based environment. The RN will serve as a leader on the unit, supporting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure seamless care delivery.
Provide direct nursing care to residents based on individualized care plans
Support and guide LPNs and CNAs in day-to-day operations
Monitor and document resident health status and response to care
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and regulatory guidelines
Offer compassionate communication and support to residents and families
Active and unrestricted RN license in New York State
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Long Term Care setting
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and time management skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Availability to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled
