Job Title: Robotic CVOR Surgical Technologist

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
Pay Rate: $50 – $55/hour
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Multiple Shifts Available

Position Summary:
Join a state-of-the-art cardiac surgical team as a Robotic CVOR Surgical Technologist. This role requires specialized knowledge in robotic-assisted cardiac procedures, including setup, docking, instrumentation, and intraoperative troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Da Vinci or other robotic systems for cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist with robotic arm docking and alignment
• Manage robotic instruments and ensure sterile field integrity
• Support surgeon during minimally invasive procedures

Requirements:
Experience:

• 2+ years of robotic surgery support experience in CVOR or general OR
• Familiarity with robotic console and instrumentation management

Education & Certification:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech program OR 3 years of relevant experience
• BLS certification (AHA) – Required
• CST – Preferred
