Job Title: RN – Endoscopy Recovery Unit 

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219 
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks 
Shift: Multiple Shifts available 

Position Summary 
We are hiring an RN for the Endoscopy Recovery Unit, responsible for monitoring patients following sedation-based endoscopic procedures. This role involves post-anesthesia care, airway monitoring, and patient education prior to discharge. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Monitor patients during Phase I and Phase II post-procedure recovery 

• Assess vitals, airway, and sedation clearance 

• Manage post-procedural pain, nausea, and complications 

• Provide discharge teaching and ensure safe patient handoff 

• Document all assessments and patient responses in EMR 

Qualifications 
Experience: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PACU, GI recovery, or critical care 

Education & Certification: 

• RN Diploma or BSN 

• Ohio RN License or Compact License 

• BLS & ACLS (AHA) – Required
