Job Title: Engine Test and Validation Engineer(Aerospace)
Location: Middletown, C ,06457

Pay rate: $30/hr on C2C

10 Months Project 

In this role, you will be working alongside teams performing engineering validation tasks supporting aircraft engine development, testing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engine test and/or assembly/tear-down actions between the technicians and IPT/Engineering groups.
• Communicate technical issues to IPT/Engineering groups and work with cross-functional teams to support finding solutions.
• Collect and report flight test data and/or engine assembly/disassembly status to IPT/Engineering groups.
• Local candidates in Connecticut required. Variable shift works sometimes required.

 
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• BS in Engineering or Associate degree with relevant work experience
• 2+ years relevant experience

 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in technical management of engine parts, repair, engine test, engine assembly and disassembly.
• Familiar with engine work instructions, part/assembly drawings and materials list.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Active security clearance preferred but not required.
