Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Professional
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – Primarily Remote with Occasional On-Site Requirements)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Likely)

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow HRSD Professionals to support the development, integration, and optimization of HR service workflows using the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Enterprise Package. This role is pivotal in streamlining HR operations, enhancing accessibility for employees and retirees, and ensuring efficient, legally compliant workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Design & Development

  • Analyze current HR workflows and gather business requirements

  • Design and implement optimized workflows in ServiceNow HRSD

  • Integrate HRSD with systems such as Employee Document Management and Lifecycle Events

  • Automate processes using ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)

2. Workflow Testing

  • Perform unit and system testing

  • Collaborate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues

3. Documentation & Implementation

  • Create comprehensive documentation for business and technical workflows

  • Ensure documentation supports future maintenance and knowledge transfer

4. Knowledge Transfer & Training

  • Develop and deliver training plans and materials

  • Conduct Q&A sessions and provide clear documentation for internal teams

5. Post-Deployment Support

  • Address bugs and support minor enhancements post-deployment

  • Offer ongoing support and consultation as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the last 5 years

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD workflow design and implementation

  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)

  • Strong background in workflow testing, UAT support, and documentation

  • Proven ability to train and guide internal teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with PeopleSoft or similar HR platforms

  • Previous work in government or public sector environments

  • Familiarity with San Francisco-specific HR regulations and protocols

  • Expertise in modules like Employee Document Management, Lifecycle Events, Case/Knowledge Management
