Job Title: New Product Oncology Strategy Coordinator

Pay Rate: $48/hr - $64/hr on W2
Location: Rahway, NJ 07065 (Onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 12 Months

Position Overview:
Be part of a high-impact team driving the early commercialization strategy of new oncology therapies. This role will coordinate new product development initiatives, focusing on early strategic planning and interdepartmental execution.

Responsibilities:

Support development of brand strategy roadmaps for emerging oncology assets
Coordinate planning timelines for cross-functional strategy workshops
Act as a liaison between Global Marketing, Precision Medicine, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams
Manage the creation of strategic deliverables and presentation materials
Organize and track stakeholder engagement initiatives and GRL interactions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Minimum 7 years of experience in pharma marketing or new product strategy
Experience supporting oncology or precision medicine assets preferred
Excellent project tracking, prioritization, and follow-through skills
Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills
