Overview:
Join the Global Marketing Oncology – New Products Team to support launch planning of breakthrough oncology assets. This role plays a critical part in managing cross-functional coordination and executing strategic frameworks that guide the successful global introduction of therapies targeting high unmet needs in cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of global launch excellence frameworks across new oncology assets.
• Monitor and track launch milestones, functional team deliverables, and key commercial planning activities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including Global-Regional-Local (GRL) collaboration, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment.
• Provide project management support to functions such as Market Access, Commercial Insights, Medical Affairs, and Precision Medicine.
• Develop executive-ready communications, project trackers, and data summaries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical commercialization, with oncology product experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of global product launch methodologies within a biopharma environment
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
