Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift
Location: Prescott, AZ 86303
Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Duration: Contract

Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurses (RNs) for overnight shifts in a skilled nursing and residential care environment. This opportunity is ideal for nurses dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care during night hours. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and timely in accordance with applicable regulations and protocols.

  • Monitor and document resident care, reporting any changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

  • Conduct clinical assessments and prepare reports such as incident and infection control; contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.

  • Supervise nursing assistants during shifts, ensuring care standards and facility protocols are upheld.

  • Resolve staff-related or procedural questions efficiently and professionally.

  • Support staff training and reinforce quality care practices as needed.

  • Advocate for resident needs and respect their rights, wishes, and directives.

  • Maintain professional conduct in all communications with residents, families, and staff, with full adherence to HIPAA regulations.

  • Collaborate with physicians to update and adjust care as needed.

  • Review and revise individualized care plans as required.

  • Accurately document all aspects of care in medical records.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Requirements:

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or eligibility for licensure.

  • Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
