Job Title: Registered Nurse – Pediatric ICU

Location: New York, NY 10037
Schedule: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Pay Rate: $70 – $75/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care, excellent IV insertion and phlebotomy skills, and experience in maternal and child nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients.
Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and administer conscious sedation when required.
Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate and support families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent Pediatric ICU experience.
Experience in maternal and child nursing, IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.
Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification).
Current BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association).
