Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele
Location: Bricktown, NJ
Schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | May float to other units
Compensation: Up to $2,400/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Med Surg/Tele to provide high-quality care in an acute care setting. The RN will be responsible for evaluating patients and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver individualized patient care.
Key duties include planning, implementing, and documenting care, performing assessments, and initiating interventions based on clinical needs or physician diagnosis. The ideal candidate will advocate for evidence-based practices and support patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and monitor patient conditions
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform therapeutic interventions
Document care and progress accurately and timely
Float to other units as needed to support staffing
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Med Surg/Tele unit within an acute care hospital
Proficiency in Med Surg/Tele nursing practices
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
Education & Certifications:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
