Registered Nurse – Dialysis
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219
Duration: 8 Weeks (with possible extension)
Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a dynamic Renal/Medical-Surgical unit focused on kidney care and dialysis, including transplant support. This unit provides specialized and compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including those undergoing peritoneal dialysis and participating in advanced pharmacologic research studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practice

• Deliver culturally competent, age-specific nursing care

• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Support patients through transplant and dialysis processes

• Maintain professional and ethical nursing standards in accordance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics

Required Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license

• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

• Nursing diploma or associate degree

Preferred:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
