We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced general practice clinic in Broken Arrow, OK. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both clinical and administrative duties, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Manage front-desk operations including patient check-in/check-out
Document patient history, vitals, and clinical information in the EMR system
Perform venipuncture and process lab specimens accurately
Assist physicians with minor procedures and patient examinations
Provide education and support on primary care and wellness practices
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff to support seamless care
2–3 years of hands-on experience in a medical assistant role
Current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
BLS or CPR Certification (active and valid)
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and compassionate approach
