Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Acute Care

Compensation: Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $2,100

Position Overview

A leading acute care facility in Cleburne, TX is seeking a qualified and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time contract position. This is an excellent opportunity for a physical therapist looking to expand their clinical expertise while working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

Assignment Details

• Location: Cleburne, TX
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend Rotation: 1–2 weekends/month (Saturday–Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; variable based on workload)
• Setting: Acute Care (Inpatient focus, with possible outpatient coverage as needed)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services across:

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Progressive Care Unit
• Medical/Surgical Units
• Emergency Department
• Perform weekend acute ortho/neuro treatments and new patient evaluations
• Document patient progress and coordinate with healthcare team members
• May provide outpatient therapy support based on facility census

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
