Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of neurosurgical OR experience.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• Scrub experience in brain and spine surgeries.
• Excellent precision and attention to detail.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Assists neurosurgeons in brain and spine procedures.
• Prepares and maintains a sterile surgical field.
• Handles and maintains delicate neurosurgical instruments.
• Works closely with neurosurgical teams to ensure patient safety.
• Ensures specialized equipment is ready for complex procedures.
