Linear Accelerator Radiation Therapist

Qualifications:

• AAS or AMA-certified Radiation Therapy program completion.
• RRT license with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• NYS license required.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments using Linear Accelerators.
• Adjust and verify machine settings to ensure precise radiation dosage.
• Capture pre-treatment imaging to verify tumor positioning.
• Document treatment details and maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Educate and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
