Senior Laboratory Phlebotomist
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Strong understanding of laboratory operations and specimen processing.
Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
Duties:
Oversee phlebotomy procedures and assist junior technicians.
Perform venipuncture, glucose tolerance tests, and other specialized collections.
Process and label specimens for accurate testing.
Train and mentor new phlebotomists in best practices.
Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
