Laboratory Technician – Hematology & Chemistry

Qualifications:

• NYS licensed/eligible or permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
• Ability to distinguish colors accurately.
• Two years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory preferred.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Conduct diagnostic testing in hematology and chemistry.
• Enter patient information and test results into laboratory information systems.
• Perform daily maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Process specimens and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols.
