Trauma OR Technician

Qualifications:

• BLS certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in a trauma operating room setting within the last 4 years.
• Scrub experience required for trauma, vascular, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries.
• Must not have had professional certification suspended or investigated.
• Certified Surgical Technology certification required.
• Excellent crisis management and teamwork skills.
• Must pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Provide scrub assistance for trauma surgeries in a high-acuity setting.
• Ensure readiness of surgical instruments and emergency supplies.
• Support surgeons and nurses during rapid-response procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Perform efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
