Job Title: Medical Assistant 

Location: Forrest City, AR 
Shift: Monday – Friday 

• Monday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM 

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to provide support in both front and back-office operations within a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy skills, excellent patient care abilities, and experience in primary and preventive healthcare. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform a combination of clinical and administrative duties in both front and back-office settings. 

• Conduct phlebotomy procedures safely and efficiently. 

• Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and medical documentation. 

• Deliver outstanding customer service and patient support. 

• Work alongside healthcare providers to support primary care and preventive services. 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

• 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. 

• Proficiency in both front and back-office tasks. 

• Phlebotomy experience (required). 

• BLS or CPR certification (required).
