Job Title: Medical Assistant – Front & Back Office 

Location: Forrest City, AR 
Shift: Monday – Friday 

• Monday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM 

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM 

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM 

Job Summary: 
Looking for a versatile Medical Assistant to support a primary care team in a dual-capacity role. The successful candidate will balance front-office duties such as scheduling and check-in with hands-on clinical tasks like phlebotomy and patient prep. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collect and record patient information and vitals 

• Perform routine phlebotomy and assist with lab work 

• Schedule appointments and manage electronic records 

• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment 

• Support care teams during patient exams and procedures 

Qualifications: 

• 2–3 years of relevant experience 

• Comfortable working both front and back office 

• Certified in BLS or CPR 

• Phlebotomy skills are a must
