Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support and coordinate technical projects within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between stakeholders, track project progress, and assist in delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical documentation experience, and familiarity with IT or software development environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and deliverables.

  • Coordinate meetings, document action items, and facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and technical records.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely issue escalation.

  • Support project managers in resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and effectively implemented.

  • Utilize project management tools to track and report on project status.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience in project coordination, technical project management, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on IT or software development projects.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, or system integrations.

  • Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile-related certifications are a plus.
