School Nurse Practitioner Educator

• Pay: Total stipend of $2,950 weekly / $12,750 monthly

Performance Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary healthcare services to students, providing medical assessments, treating common illnesses, and administering prescribed treatments.
• Assist in developing individualized health plans for students with special medical needs or chronic conditions.
• Educate students, teachers, and families on health-related issues, providing resources to promote healthy behaviors.
• Handle medical emergencies and manage student health concerns, responding appropriately to accidents and illnesses.
• Maintain detailed health records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive and safe school environment for all students.
• Lead initiatives to improve student health, contributing to the creation of health programs within the school community.
