Job Title: Social Services Specialist

Duties:

• Conduct interviews to assess client needs and eligibility for services.
• Develop individualized care plans and provide referrals to appropriate resources.
• Perform home visits to evaluate living conditions and ensure client safety.
• Gather, investigate, and verify client information for accurate record-keeping.
• Deliver essential health and social services while coordinating with community organizations.

Skills Required:

• Minimum one year of experience in social work or a related field.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Languages:

• Proficient in English (Speak, Read, Write).

Compensation:

• Stipend range: $37,400 - $64,500 annually.
