Job Title: Billing Operations Investigator
Duties:
Review and prepare claims for accurate and timely submission to payers.
Resolve billing discrepancies, claim rejections, and denials effectively.
Maintain and update payment, refund, and adjustment records in accounting systems.
Process pre-authorizations and document responses for compliance.
Generate reports on outstanding balances and follow up with patients and payers.
Provide excellent customer service for billing inquiries and establish payment plans.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in claims submission and resolution processes.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Multilingual skills (English, Spanish, French) are a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience (High School diploma with 4+ years).
