Job Title: Financial Claims Investigator

Duties:

• Verify and submit claims accurately to payers, ensuring timely processing.
• Address and resolve rejections, denials, and discrepancies with efficiency.
• Process and post all forms of payments and adjustments to accounts.
• Generate and review insurance and patient balance reports, addressing overdue payments.
• Offer exceptional billing support to patients and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management and actively participate in ongoing training.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of claims management and billing systems.
• Proficient in account reconciliation and customer service.
• Multilingual skills (English, Spanish, French) are advantageous.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or High School diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Stipend:

• Weekly: $1,400 - $1,950
• Monthly: $5,600 - $7,800
